Dreams often fail for many reasons. I think the biggest reason is because many people’s dreams require huge amounts of money or other expensive or rare items witch the dreamer will most likely never acquire. Many dreams are unrealistic like owning a mansion or becoming an astronaut. Things like these are very hard to accomplish because of what it takes to work your way up to these kinds of things. Some dreams can be accomplished if they are set on smaller goals like owning a small house and getting a job. Things like these are much more accomplishable because of what it would take. I think George and Lennies dream will fail because of the circumstances. I think Lennie will do something stupid and ruin there chances of buying there own little house with the rabbits and chickens. Another dream that failed was that of Romeo and Juliet even though it was a simple dream. They just wanted to live together and get married but the circumstances kept them from achieving this. Because there families hated each other Romeo got banished and that led to everyone dyeing. I think the biggest reason for dreams failing is because of the circumstances.

Romeo and Juliet reflection
Question: do you think it was foolish for Romeo and Juliet to run off and get married?
Yes I do think it was a stupid idea for them to run of and get married because there families have hated each other for as long as anyone can remember and there is a death sentence on anyone who gets in a fight with the other family. With these circumstances it is kind of obvious there will be some kind of consequence. Also they got married one day after they met each other so they rally had no idea if they were truly in love or they just had a crush on each other since they are only thirteen.
Question: was it right for Romeo and Juliet to kill themselves
No it was right for them to kill themselves they only met one day ago and they were only thirteen so they have no idea what true love is. They also had a lot to live for since they were so young and both I rich family’s.
Question: was it wise for friar Laurence to give Juliet the potion.
No it was not. He should have seen that if they rushed into there marriage as fast as they did then they are to irresponsible to handle a potion that holds such power.
