My favorite charecter

My favorite character in the book was Lennie. Lennie was my favorite character for many reasons. The biggest one is that he is like a gentle giant that doesn’t know how to do anything. He is not always gentle if you say he cannot tend the rabbits or do something that will keep him from tending the rabbits though. I also like him because he is almost always happy even if everyone else is not. He is a very simplistic person often doing stupid things and not knowing why they are stupid. I like how pet’s small soft things like mice and pieces of velvet. He always accidentally kills them though witch is also kind of funny because he dose not no what he is doing. I like how for him the whole world revolves around George and as long as George is happy he is happy. He also remembers everything George says even though he cannot remember his own family or the really bad things he dose. One of my favorite parts is when he has the conversation with the giant imaginary rabbit towards the end of the book. This shows how crazy he really is and how much he wants to tend the rabbits.        

Euthanasia

Euthanasia is the painless killing of a patient suffering from an incurable and painful disease or a irreversible coma. It is illegal in most countries. I find this to be a difficult subject to agree or disagree on. I think I would have to agree with its practice though. I think it should always be up to the person who is suffering however this can be difficult because if you are in a coma you cant talk and it is impossible to know what the person in the coma is thinking if anything. I think if this is the case then it should be up to the family to decide what to do the person. Many times the family would want the person to live even if they are suffering. If you have a incurable disease then I think it should be up to the person suffering because they can make decisions. I would personally want to make the best of what time I had left and try and have as much fun as possible. I would also insist that the doctors try to find a cure. If I had lost all my limbs but was still going to live then I would probably want to be killed.
